Where do your products come from?
Each company we work with ship directly to our customers so you receive the freshest product possible. If you're ordering products from a variety of lines, please be aware you could receive multiple shipments.
When should I expect my products?
The shipping of any physical goods is processed through a 3rd party fulfillment center therefore; we make no promise or guarantee (expressed or implied) as to the time of your product delivery.
Your items will be prepared for shipping within 3 business days. Typical delivery time can range from 5 – 7 business days depending on the ship-to address and other variables.
How do I know which products to choose?
Please feel free to schedule an in-person or online skin health assessment to determine which products are best suited for you. The cost of your personalized assessment can then be redeemed for products either in-store or here in the online store.
Refunds & Returns Policy
We grant 3 business days starting on the date of delivery, all orders, products and accessories be inspected for damage or defect. If we have not been contacted within that time frame and given an opportunity to rectify the situation, all sales are final.
